Metallica To Headline CBS RADIO's Third Annual “THE NIGHT BEFORE” Concert Event Prior To Super Bowl 50

CBS RADIO will celebrate the nation’s most anticipated sporting event with one of the biggest selling acts in American music history, Metallica.  Among the most influential rock bands of all time, Metallica is set to headline CBS RADIO’s THE NIGHT BEFORE, a one-of-a-kind concert experience, presented by Salesforce, the evening prior to Super Bowl 50, on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016 at AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants.

Earlier today, Metallica’s James Hetfield made the official announcement live in studio during an appearance with morning show host Kevin Klein on CBS RADIO’s LIVE 105 (KITS-FM) in San Francisco, the band’s hometown.  It was also announced Cage the Elephant would kick-off the third annual event with a set featuring some of their most acclaimed songs.
